These delicious Ox Cheeks are a well worked muscle so they need to be treated slowly and gently to properly bring out the tenderness and depth of flavour that they have waiting for you, but once you take the time and have a taste of these lovely cheeks you’ll have more than a cheeky grin, you’ll be absolutely beaming!

All of our Beef is hung and dry aged for 28 days in our Himalayan Salt Chambers to intensify the flavour and all of our Steaks are hand cut according to classic british butchery standards, taking it above and beyond what you'd find at your average supermarket butcher.
