One of the slightly less common cuts of Bacon that we have on offer, our dry cured collar bacon comes from the central muscle of the pork shoulder and provides a different texture and fat ratio to the bacon you know from lower down on the pig. All of our Pork products are now being produced using only organic, free range, and local pigs that have been raised happily and healthily, primarily by the amazing farmers at Prestige Pork, but when stocks are unavailable we make sure to still only source from free-range farmers at all times!
