Bacon Chops
The thickest (and in my opinion most delicious) cut of bacon we offer these chops are an incredibly flavoursome switch up from the usual. These 230g (approx.) Back Bacon chops without rind are available with our usual traditional dry cure or dry cured and smoked, and whichever you prefer you’re in for a treat.
All of our Pork products are now being produced using only organic, free range, and local pigs that have been raised happily and healthily, primarily by the amazing farmers at Prestige Pork, but when stocks are unavailable we make sure to still only source from free-range farmers at all time!
