You may have noticed already, but here at Easter Compton we do our best to offer high quality products sourced locally from producers using traditional slow growing free range farming methods wherever we can. Which is why we’re proud to let you know that all of our products in this shop (like most of the rest of them) are sourced from a collection of local free range farms! All of the animals we use spent their lives just a stones throw away so that you can have as few miles between you and your family meals as possible!
A surprisingly healthy cooking fat due to it’s natural origin and lack of hydrogenation (making it simpler for your body to break down and process it instead of saving it for later) a bit of goose fat used right can take the average roast potato to the next level by imparting it’s rich decadent flavour and helping to get an irresistible crisp on the outside of them.
