You may have noticed already, but here at Easter Compton we do our best to offer high quality products sourced locally from producers using traditional slow growing free range farming methods wherever we can. Which is why we’re proud to let you know that all of our products in this shop (like most of the rest of them) are sourced from a collection of local free range farms! All of the animals we use spent their lives just a stones throw away so that you can have as few miles between you and your family meals as possible!
A mix of wild game meats including, venison, pheasent, guinefowl and duck, all cooked to perfection in a zesty orange sauce and cooked in our hand raised pork pie case, and of course left to set with homemade gelatine… a firm favourite here at christmas.
