Beef Wellington. For some it’s a classic treat that they have on the regular, for others it’s just about impossible to get it right because pastry isn’t science it’s magic. So why not bring a little bit of that magic to the table this valentines?

Well, we’ve lifted the flaky curtain on this trick and have prepared these personal sized, pre-prepared Beef wellingtons! No fuss, just pop it in the oven and bring a little bit of fine dining into your home.

Our beef wellington’s are made with 6 ounces of fillet steak per person, seasoned and seared, placed on a bed of pate and wrapped in the best Italian prosciutto crudo and wrapped in our amazing flaky pastry

All of our Beef is hung and dry aged for 28 days in our Himalayan Salt Chambers to intensify the flavour, taking it above and beyond what you'd find at your average supermarket butcher.

All the hard work is done, just glaze with egg yolk and pop in the oven…
