We’re very waste conscious here and nothing that can still be used for food is really waste in our opinion! Which is why we’re happy to offer these delicious trimmings from making our home cured bacon!
All of our Pork products are now being produced using only organic, free range, and local pigs that have been raised happily and healthily, primarily by the amazing farmers at Prestige Pork, but when stocks are unavailable we make sure to still only source from free-range farmers at all time!
