A little about where our beef comes from.

We are very lucky here at Easter Compton farm shop, We have access to wide variety of cattle local to us, as well as a great selection of suppliers and local farmers to buy from. We get a good variety of cattle including Angus and Hereford as our main supply but often getting something a little different like a welsh black, belted Galloway or Dexter.. We age all of our beef between our salt chamber and dry ager in the shop. We buy only the best grass fed well marbled beef we can get.
