Our Gammon, much like our Bacon, is now 100% dry cured on site and prepared using our very own personally developed methods based on traditional recipes and these Gammon steaks are a brilliant example of exactly how these traditional methods pay off. Some may think they’re boring, but these are a British classic and a staple of generation and the only thing that makes them boring is when they’re made with low quality pork in low quality methods, a problem you’ll never have when you’re buying from Easter Compton!

All of our Pork products are now being produced using only organic, free range, and local pigs that have been raised happily and healthily, primarily by the amazing farmers at Prestige Pork, but when stocks are unavailable we make sure to still only source from free-range farmers at all times!
