Our Gammon, much like our Bacon, is now 100% dry cured on site and prepared using our very own personally developed methods based on traditional recipes. So get ready to prepare this carvery classic at home, and maybe even pair it with some of the local honey we have on offer to provide a lovely sweet counterpart to the delicious savouriness of our home cured Gammon joint.

All of our Pork products are now being produced using only organic, free range, and local pigs that have been raised happily and healthily, primarily by the amazing farmers at Prestige Pork, but when stocks are unavailable we make sure to still only source from free-range farmers at all times!
